The Ottoman Empire served the Islamic Umma for 600 years and existed as a richly cultured civilization where different cultures are blended. They expanded their borders to 3 continents by adopting peace, justice and service to people.
Leading the caliphate of the Islamic Ummah, the Ottoman Empire left many legacies that would benefit all the umma and humanity. They presented many works to the service of humanity, from madrasas to complexes, mosques to public soup kitchens, fountains to caravanserais. The Ottomans, who also valued sacred places well enough, reconstructed these regions and presented them to the service of humanity.
The legacy of the Ottoman State, who acted with consciousness of serving all the people and humanity, does not only consist of structures. The legacy that the Ottoman Empire left us is to be beneficial by protecting the values of Islam, by serving the community and humanity.
As the Association of Reviving and Looking After Ottoman Heritage, our aim is to protect the Ottoman heritage and act with the consciousness of service to the people and humanity. In this context, we revive our heritage by doing restoration and repair works. We endeavor for the use of the legacy of our ancestors in accordance with the purpose, so that it will continue to serve humanity. Any support you give us will strengthen us to revive this heritage.
We invite you to revive this heritage…
